5 Do’s
- Protect your energy
invest your time, efforts, and energy into creating an aura of fulfillment and happiness for yourself - You woke up, you’re living another day, thank god & live life to the absolute fullest because tomorrow may not be granted
- Observe your feelings on a daily: there are three types of feelings
Pleasant
unpleasant,
and neutral
Breathe into contact with your feelings and accept them and recognize it more deeply - Drink your water and eat your greens: h2o is your best friend, & treat your body to a green smoothie in the mornings
- Welcome emotion: your feelings are valid and real. read that line again. your feelings are valid and real. do not let anybody denounce your emotions.
5 Dont’s
- Live life halfway: life is not about half doing. you cannot half love, half accept, or half live. give life everything you have. you owe yourself that.
- Question yourself: have full faith in yourself. have full faith in future you to take care of your future problems. don’t question your future, release all that doubt and cultivate confidence within yourself
- Overthink: let’s be honest, what does overthinking really do for you other than bring a world of anxiety into your mind. just remember that time has no agenda and to always forgive yourself
- Go on your phone first thing in the morning: do not go on your phone during the first hour of your day. try it for a week and i promise you, you will see a difference in your morning routine
- Surround yourself with people that won’t help you grow: sis if they are not helping you become a better person everyday, then let them go
